Standards

EMerge Alliance creates new generic vanguard standards for DC and hybrid AC/DC microgrids — and for DC microgrid peer-to-peer interconnection — to build resilient, versatile mesh and campus, neighborhood and community-wide energy networks. Each standard is developed in an open technical committee and available to members.

An open JSON schema for the critical power-flow characteristics of every microgrid device — sources, conversion, storage, distribution, protection and loads. Feeds the RE+Source PRO product catalog and is published on GitHub for public review.
